How do I qualify for the Homeownership Program?

Make an appointment with a representative of the Salisbury CDC and complete an application

Must verify income and assets

Must be willing to clear credit

Must have steady employment

Must be willing to save $750 for down payment

Must meet the above income guidelines

Must join the homebuyer education program
What do I need to bring for my first appointment?

A copy of your tax returns with W2 forms for the past 2 years
-
Last 2 months of your bank statements
-
Three of your most recent pay stubs and those of your co-applicant
-
A copy of your credit report or we can obtain one with your authorization
